As a user pointed out, it's not Maurice from the Disney 'Beauty and the Beast'. XD Different role and purpose but nonetheless part of the plot. Phelous explains it better in his own review while mocking the cartoon (and him) alike.


Good character, funny even, in a bad film... which made him meme-worthy. lol.
