Never heard of Freebirds.

There aren't many pizza places around anymore.  I can think of Dominos, Pizza Hut, MOD Pizza, Papa Murphy's, Papa John's.... I am probably forgetting some.  OH, Little Caesars.... uhhh.... Costco Pizza!  lol.  I can't think of anymore.

I remember Godfather's Pizza, but they all went of business near me.  There was also Roundtable Pizza too.

How did I go from Mexican food to pizzas?

I actually have a Godfathers' Pizza near me, over by the local Love's on the highway.

How can ya'all say burritos aren't Mexican?  They are totally Mexican!  Wikipedia even provides evidence to that.  The most valuable source for anything, Wikipedia! :D

Okay... so according to Yahoo Answers as well, Burritos are Mexican... but not all of Mexico knows about them... does that make sense?

They were actually invented in Northern Mexico on the US border to El Paso.  So it's a localized cuisine that took off in the southern US and northwestern Mexico.  Not all of Mexico has a "traditional" burrito. Though there are earlier renditions of what we would call a burrito today from much earlier in time.

A perfect combination for a very weird date night! Lol.

Some can be pretty horrid too.  But that can happen on any side.

Usually though, we're pretty easy going. :)

Happy almost Halloween everyone.  Any plans?

I got none.  Don't expect anyone to come by either this year, so I didn't get any candy.  I do have a pumpkin or two on the front door, but that's it.

Nope.  I never do anything for Halloween anyways.  No kids stop by, nothing.  So I have a pumpkin on my kitchen counter and that is it.

Nah. Not this year. I might wear a costume for the shits and giggles but beyond that, not much.

Try a week, then we'll talk.     ;)

So... daylight savings time, eh? Most folks don't get it. Some want to ditch it altogether. What are you doing with your extra hour?  Clean house? Exercise? Watch TV? Sleep in? Take an extra-long lunch break?
