Dang, really good stuff here. I like the monochrome/black and white with only certain colors appearing. Really brings out the gore of course, but it seems to add intensity to the wounds.

It hurts me to look sometimes because I get a bit squeamish. I hate seeing others in deep pain. I hope she helps him out and he can trust her more here without her getting hurt. :3
It won't be as much blood anymore after this ^^ She's gonna clean his wounds so it'll be easier for people after that :3
