PSF Group Poster Sign Up!



So we are in the early stages of a larger group poster/picture that will include EVERY MEMBER who wants to be in it.  The original idea so far was have every character sneezing ... hence PSF is about sneeze ... but we are always open to ideas.  We may have a sneezing version and a normal smiling version or group shot not sneezing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

What you have to do is post if you would like to be in it then post your PONY OC reference picture below.  We need that reference page or a picture of your character so we know how to draw them.  We would prefer your character be based off of YOU, but if not, that is alright too.  As a helpful tip, if you don't think you will look back often, post how your character sneezes or would sneeze, describing the sound and spell it out.  Maybe explain if sneezes have spray or not, etc. 

If you have a cutie mark, explain it or show it if you have a picture.

If you have a non PONY OC such as a persona animal feel free to post it and it will be discussed as we move forward with the artists on how to implement it all.  You will have plenty of time to make a character too, as this is still a ways away.

To have the most accurate depiction of your character, the more pictures or details you share is the best.

I DON'T HAVE A CHARACTER BUT WANT TO BE IN THE PHOTO

If you don't have a character, but want to be in the picture, post you want to be in the picture right away, and go work on creating a character.  I recommend using either of these two tools to get some rough ideas out if you can't draw.  TOOL 1 and TOOL 2.

We are looking for artists or a single artist who wants to take up this project.  We can have multiple artists tackle it as a group or in separate projects.  Again, we are in the early stages and planning phases.

Okay!  I will be the first to say I would like to join this!  Here is my character and her official look and colors.   Her name is Rainberry, and the shortened version of her name is Raine.  

Here CM is a raincloud with rain droplets.  How original I know.

She sneezes a wet, misty sneeze.  Her name RAINBERRY kind of describes the misty sneeze spray she blows from her nose and mouth.  Around others of course she will try to not sneeze or cover up.  Her sneezes sound wet, however that may be depicted as.  They are longer sneezes as opposed to a short sneeze, and often have build up with nostril flare and cute lil' hitches.

(Note that the cutie mark resembles an eight note in shape; the blue mask should be a bit higher up than the yellow. And her eyes could stand to be a bit brighter.)

Sneeze-oriented details -- a "Heh-ISHHEW!!" or "Hehh-ESHHEW!" sound is good. Maybe a little bit of spray, but not too much.

As far as helping on the project itself, I would love to but I also don't know how busy my next quarter of school is going to leave me. :X So mark me down for a very light "yes" for now, and we'll see where that goes from there depending on when we start this and how much time I'll have to work on it.

So I am unfortunately going to make this complicated.  All the artists who have drawn my character have never decided on a set color for my hair or eyes.  So it varies from red hair with red eyes to blonde hair with yellow eyes. 

Here is a handful of reference pictures.  My character always wears a little business suit because she's running PSF!  Darrin just thinks he is.   Some artists give my character a red bow, some don't.  Always a smile pin on my jacket and a green tie.  You can see all the references below.

My character has a spray sneeze with a sound of "Eeeesshhhuuu!", "Eschheww!" or "Iiissshooo."  It sounds wet. Spray can be seen often.  If a sick cold sneeze happens, it can be a bit messy.  But I will always try not to sneeze or show I am sick.

Cute, Binky.  What are the colors exactly?  Edit it in your post for all the details so people don't have to search for it all later down the road.   (but if you wanna change your mind, you got time for that too)

Well, I still redrew me.  I did it really fast... sooo.... yeeeaaah.  I drew the cutie mark bigger then it needs to be, but it was to show the artist what it looks like.  Darkened my colors a bit.  Male.

Never thought about how he would sneeze, but he would probably stifle them.  He certainly wouldn't sneeze much.  But if it can't be stifled, a light "Heh-choo!" works.  No spray.  No mess.

UHHH...... so I made me a character real fast?  Ha.  Yeah.  Cutie mark is a pencil with a line....  It's super creative.



Uh... not messy or spray sneeze.  Never thought of it... since this character has ZERO DEPTH.  I just created him!  ZERO! NADDA!  NONE!
