I think the person is a good writer. I'm not really liking how they're going about writing though. Like, with the Chief, would he honestly be taking into account the freaking wallpaper of the two's home? They have good description, but they misuse it.

Just like they misuse the word "muse"!! I wouldn't care if it were once or twice but this is constant.

Also, I think in most professional occupations, they would have still referred to Judy as Officer Hopps, not Officer Wilde. Especially if both of them are in the same occupation on the same section to avoid confusion.

They also paint Judy's mom as kind of stupid. If a rib cage is freaking shattered, I don't think you need to have gone to school to know one when you see one. Jesus Christ, all these small stupid decisions are piling up >_> and it's more annoying because this person is a good writer.

... Why is that a "but"?  I mean, I know that's the turn of phrase that's used with Every. Single. Movie. Trailer.  But being a recognizable couple is not negated or subverted by their manner of revenge.  It seems to be used for no other reason than the author thought they should imitate the Movie Trailer Voice.

They (ahem) should have mused a little longer on their blurb.

In a large city, I find it surprising any couples are recognizable... I guess because one is prey and one is hunter.

I think it's plainly because they're freaking different species.

And this author appears to be melodramatic and pretentious in his authors notes.

Anyway, I read chapter 5. And I'm done. I can't ignore all the little problems and now this freaking "totally hardcore, and badass marine Oc". Just. No. No.
