I remember those times. Everyone was positive that it would really happen, but instead, it ended up being somewhat... What's the word?...forgotten. :(

Well, "forgotten", meaning that nobody seems to ever talk about it anymore.

Mmm.
Well, it became irrelevant. As it seemed to stop being worked on :/

They couldn't find a coder.  Everything they needed was done, but a coder if I am not mistaken.

We should make a topic about it.

That's an idea.

(They had a coder, but he bailed, IIRC.)

I want opinions!

I have often wondered, what would the target audience and demographic range be for this comic?  Is this considered a kids comic with some adult jokes?  There is kissing, and some butts and what not... is this an adult comic?  I mean, there is no cussing... so what is it?

Scootaloo's Scootaquest would be a family friendly comic. As stated by the creator. Doesn't mean they're not above some humor that would go over kids heads. I'd say it would be safe enough for maybe 10 years and up. Although there is a large number of plot shots that I think would be considered excessive for a kid demographic, and I'm sure parents wouldn't exactly be okay with their kids exposed to so much butt, but We Bare Bears seem to get away with it with Pan Pan's butt.

There's also Lyra's "Oh poo..." line XP

Kids think butts are funny.

There isn't TOO many butts.

I think it is family friendly for the most part, but there are a few more adult themes.  Dr. Stable has his adult moments... and Spitfire and Soarin's kiss is pretty wild.

Well like, I mean that the shots of the males staring at females asses might make parents raise their eyebrows and rethink their kids watching/reading it.

And I don't see how kissing would be bad. Shining Armor and Cadance kiss in the show. Hell, Jerry would kiss Tom in the old cartoons.

I think of the spit trail from the kiss.  That is mainly it.

Overall, this is a family friendly comic, thought it has a storyline many kids might not get.  It is pretty deep.

When we go through slow periods, we tend to drag up these big overarching topics about comics.  If that isn't a thing, it is now a thing.

So enjoy reading these...

What if we took some time and made one for AT&F?  Might be a fun side thing.

Oh yeah, I forgot I made that for Scootaquest. I should get back on that...

And hmm, maybe? I mean, there's no overarching story. The most you could put on is stuff about how everyone is an asshole, twilight is a hopeless romantic, All Woman Are Lustful, and uh... Maybe children are evil with how they mock Twilight and how Spike is a little brat XD

I'll see what I can do though haha.
