None of the ponies ages are really confirmed in the show, nor is Spikes.
Although he is referred to as a "baby dragon". So he is young. In this series though the artist draws him thinner and slightly taller, and quite obviously, a bit more sexually mature (sometimes).
So I'd say in this comic series he's entering adolescence. Old enough to be interested in looking at porn (which for some male children is pretty young), but still young enough to not know how the reproductive system works, at least where babies come from.

So... maybe 10-12?

We have also officially found out that Rarity may be a nymphomaniac, according to this latest comic.  If you piece it with a previous one... well, she's hit 2 of 2 so far.

GUYS! Got some news!
Remember those Octavia and Vinyl sneezing comics we speculated were by the same artist as the Adorkable Twilight and Friends comic maker? Turns out... they are!

I messaged them on Tumblr and they were really happy to get a message, they said it was the first time any one ever messaged them. They even confirmed those images were by them after I linked them asking about it. (Here're the logs if you wish to see them.)
