I really do think Spike is probably the best character in this series.  He has such a kind personality but he has faults too, which makes him real believable.  He would probably be cool to hang with.

Meanwhile Starlight and Twi butt didn't even ask Moonie to join them!  Twi's the friendship PRINCESS for crying out loud!

This one reminded me of my childhood, and if you grew up in the same era, you will be filled with memories.  It's a dying breed guys.  So glad to see the friendship in here.  Lots of feel good lately. :)

What is this Polybius?

Cute comic by the way.  :)  I enjoy the dynamic between Spike and Vinyl a lot.

Funny thing, this came out on the same day I learned they're now offering a degree on how to play video games in college.

I mean, designing them, okay, I could see, but a whole course of study on learning how to play and entering competitions? In my day they were just something to do to kill time between classes.  So are students going to be able to get a major in Wii with a minor in pinball? Will there be an ancient history class studying the first 16-bit games? Who's the professor, Dr. Jumpman?

That is called universities wasting tax payer money to make education stupider.

"Polybius is an alleged 1981 arcade game according to an urban legend whose origin can be traced to the year of 2000. The original game's actual existence has never been authoritatively proven,[1] but it has served as inspiration for several free and commercial games by the same name.

The urban legend is that the game was part of a government-run crowdsourced psychology experiment, with gameplay producing intense psychoactive and addictive effects in the player. These few publicly staged arcade machines were said to have been visited periodically by men in black for the purpose of data-mining the machines and analyzing these effects. Finally, all of these Polybius arcade machines allegedly disappeared from the arcade market."

Polybius isn't real though.  They say it appeared in an arcade in Portland, Oregon back in the 80s.  Supposedly people who played it had issues.  Some say it was a Satanic game while others say it was a mind control test by the FBI.

Thank you for enlightening us on Polybius.  Kind of a scary thought... I mean, it is a scary thought if it was government mind control.

You guys think there is any truth to it despite it supposedly not being real?
