Wow.  She might not LOVE Spike but she is sort of jealous that he is going to hang out with someone that isn't here.  I like how she comes over to ask if he wants to go jogging again as if she just expects him to say yes.  He always used to ask her to do things with him, but she always said no. 

It's catching up with her.

I love how Twilight doesn't even change her expression the whole time and doesn't even speak.  I wonder what she is thinking?  Lol!  That was really funny and well done.  Poor Amethyst will be seen as the bad guy here, even though she isn't doing anything wrong.  Just trying to do her job and keep the neighborhood nice looking.

Not if she is part of a neighborhood association.  When you are part of one of those, you follow their rules or else pay fines. 

Same goes with if the city has codes you have to follow.
