That may explain the overwhelming lack of originality in Hollywood.  Sequels, prequels, and reboots make big bank.  It's easier to adapt an existing property than come up with something new-- sad fact.

That said, this is a labor of love.  Legally they can't make once thin nickel on these copyrighted characters-- so no selling AT comic books, T-shirts, coffee mugs, or mousepads.

Definitely.  They've probably struggled to have people read their own original comics and figured hey... "I'll sell out with this and get a large following then maybe one day I can get those people to see my original content."

It's kind of brilliant if it works out.

Starlight looks extra cute in this for some reason to me. We also don't get many comics of just her without Spike and her doing her own thing unrelated to Spike.

It's too bad the passing viewers never car for the story driven updates in this series.  This one packs a punch.  Deserves more than 60 notes.

Hard Truth.

That was good and deep.  Sometimes it takes rock bottom for some people to wake up.

Ouch. OUCH.  But extremely well written and they built up this story superbly over time.

Daily Love

Westward

Both episodes are cute, but one has the shocking return of a character long ago!  Big news!

Both are marvelous.  This week had a lot of good story development which I highly approve of.

[spoiler]GREG HAS RETURNED!  We knew from an episode earlier that Greg was dating Coco, but it's cute to finally see them together.  They are both very good characters and so kind.  Their interaction is cute.[/SPOILER

Daily Love is cute and nice to see once in awhile.  We needed a comic like this during these times.

Friday's is indeed pushing the story forward.  Very nice.

It has been a very good week for episodes.  It's been a great series as a whole.  I love the stories and I feel like we are evolving with the characters over time.

Springtime Yardwork

Allergies brought up.  Specifically "pollen allergies."  But nothing happens.

It's a mention at least.  Springtime is here!  Maybe we will finally get some long sought after sneezes again?  It's been a long time.

Sometimes I swear we are being watched!  This happens a lot on tv shows too when we wish for a sneeze and it happens!

We get an infamous DOUBLE SNEEZE in today's episode, "Lily's Seeds."

It's pretty great!  Be sure to heart the comic too! Lets make this one super popular!

Lol they look and sound real. But I’m willing to bet Glimmy passed them off as allergies just to tease Lily.
