More like living merry-go-round-pony (see pose in pan. 3).  Also, maybe it's just the less-than-form-fitting apron, but it looks like Mrs. Cake hasn't quite shed all the baby weight from having the twins.

Mrs. Cake is one of the few characters in the show to be a different design and body weight!  I guess it carries over to Adorkable.
