Legit.  If someone can come up with a legitimate, good sneeze comic that can fit in 4-6 panels, I will see what I can do to get it made.  I will share it, post it, promote the idea.

It has to be good, fit within the AT&F universe.  It can be any character/characters you want.  Needs to be humorous though.

Maybe Moondancer sneezes in her dusty room and Twilight can walk by and say "See it isn't just me who sneezes because of the dust in your room."  Something along those lines.  With some more creativity then me, I am sure a joke could be made from this.

What if Applejack is trying to move hay and it all collapses on her and we get a sneeze from that?  I'm not sure what the joke would be though.  Maybe Big Mac or someone says to move the hay a certain way and she stubbornly refuses and backfires on her just so Big Mac or the other character can say "told ya so."
