Just because you sate your horn dog doesn't mean you get that love and fulfillment from a relationship. I see it with my roommate often. She sleeps with a guy, says goodbye then talks to me about how she wants a relationship.

Rainbow being a troll and implying AJ and Big Mac are screwing XD but she says bomb every night. Now since we've seen Soarin' is a dunder head, perhaps she wants sex from him but he's too oblivious? That, or he REALLY sucks in bed.

I wonder why the artist bothers with FS sometimes, I feel like the joke is becoming she's intentionally undeveloped. I'm not sure. That or, FS really just is plain and boring lol. Kinda like AJ, but AJ has attitude so she's fun to watch.

Also, Twilight says she's happy with her romantic life. So she and Greg then are officially an item then. I think it's an interesting turn of events here. A pinnicle. At the start of the series, Twi would look at her friends life and they seemed so much better than hers, they had more fun, they were more happy, etc. but here we see that, not exactly the idealistic view Twi had of them at first. That's not to say they're miserable, but they do have problems and things they wish were better. It's nice that we can see that and Twilight can see it too now. Perhaps now that she's in higher hopes, she can see that better.

If you consider Flutterchord canon, her love life must be a very confusing while still having an odd sense of fulfillment to it.  Also, god only knows what sex with something like Discord must be like...tzeentch probably knows.

As for the rest?  Rarity has been painted as a bit of a slut so she likely wishes that reputation would escape her for once.  AJ is married to her work/the farm.  Dash likely isn't getting much commitment from Soarin' (assuming they're even banging, which I don't.  Makes it more likely he'd go back to Spitfire anyhow) and doesn't know how to either advance the relationship forward or get away from it.  You couple that with her celebrity status and she'll find herself stuck between unapproachable and screwing coworkers.  Real pickle.  Pinkie is noticably absent altogether.  Spike looks bored.

So that leaves Twi.  I think the last panel showing the mix of meh looks and blushing on the others is them all quietly realizing for the first time ever Twilight isn't the loser of the group anymore.  Even if her love with Greg is a bit premature at least she has something real for a change.

Reading through the comments on this latest episode on Derpibooru and people.... like... geez.  How are they confusing characters by the color choice of their outlines? REALLY?

Also everyone keeps forgetting who Twilight is dating. They were the ones who pushed it, and now they forgot...

Wait what? I read this one on tumblr for once (I think). How were they mixing up characters? WHO did they mix up?

On Derpibooru someone named Jarkes mixed up Applejack for Sunburst... who's appeared like... twice is all?  Then someone else kept thinking Rarity was Starlight Glimmer.

Like I don't know how you can mix these characters up.  It's so obviously clear with their colors and design.  And now some are thinking Fluttershy is bomb or something and we just don't know it, even though she is pretty much a drug dealer....

Someone though Spike was Mike Meyers... j/k.

I thought so too, but they are dead serious.  They try to bring up clues and stuff.

Their biggest evidence was Tree hugger and Flutters going to San Flankcisco and starting their drug trade there.  So many think she is secretly rich now from the drug money.
