Well, at least the T-shirt isn't visibly yellowed and dirty.  So that's somethin'.

'Kay, the tee-shirt is not a call-back to a previous AdTwi comic... So a quick Google search shows several real-world Sandpiper Shores locales, including an elementary school in Fla., a motel in Louisiana, and a road in Indiana. So what's it all about, Alfie?  Maybe the artist just looked in his/her closet and sketched up the logo on the front of their fav souvenir tee. Am I overthinking it a bit? Perhaps.

Of course, a filly's not truly naked 'til she's taken off her glasses and let down her hair...

The creator's have stated it's a knockoff on coastal Pacific Northwest towns.  Specifically Ocean Shores and Long Beach.
