MLP:FiM - "A Rockhoof and a Hard Place" is the 21st episode of season 8 and the 190th episode overall.  It will be released September 15, 2018.

It is written by a new writer, Kaita Mpambara.

SYNOPSIS: The Mane Six help Rockhoof fit in to modern-day Equestria.

The synopsis has me wondering about this episode.  I'm a bit worried it won't be good, but I hope it is.  New writer is always kind of a worrying thing.

I am guessing they are helping someone who lives in like the dark ages... heh and they have to move into the modern age of pony.  Cleverly this is the 21st episode of the season.... 21st century, get it? ;)
