This popped up on recent images on Derpibooru. Brownie Bun from the Tumblr "The Horse Wife" is ill. We've actually seen 2 previous pieces by this artist, tjpones, with the OC Brownie Bun being sick. He seems to draw her sick when they are sick themselves.

I wish he'd make her look a bit more sick in his art, she's usually just wrapped in a blanket or high off cough syrup.

Horsewife is a real adorable blog. I've kinda slowed down on the hype train of it, because when I first saw it I was like "Horey shet" but I've kinda died down a bit on it. Although it is real cute.

Heh heh heh. So funny. There is a Lyra comic that did something similar. One of the few "hands" jokes with her that I actually laughed at.

I never really followed the blog, but do remember seeing posts here and there and thinking it was cute.
