So some one catch me up with spoilers and all.  Where are we at now? 

Last I remember, other kept telling Steven not to trust the Crystal Gems.  Has that panned out and was their truth to that?

So anyone here seen the original pilot episode? The characters all look very different.  Pearl, in particular, looks rather cute with that punky  '80's 'do.

I saw the original pilot. Didn't really like Pearl's look so much. Amethyst's was pretty cool looking, and Garnet was okay. And Steven's design was a little eeeeh, but the episode itself was really fun.

This is before reading the article, but I've realized the way they release it is usually pertinent to how the timing of the episodes go. They started doing Steven Bombs when the story was becoming more sequential and not episodic. So episodes every day for 5 days allowed them to paint out the story well and make it seem more streamline. When they air every week it gives it a feel of more time inbetwen each episode. But that's just my take on it.

Alright, i was right. :D 

I don't know if dropping a bunch of episodes at once is good for a show.  I feel it belittles the work they put into them.  Once a week for a new episode seems like a good plan, because people can plan for that to see it.
