I like it a lot, S4.  I think it's good, but I don't have the eye of an artist.  I mean I guess you could add more frames for smoothness, but it seems great to me.  Thanks for sharing this!

So, I started with wanting each character to have their own color scheme. And I knew this character was going to be the main character, and that they were going to be sick 24/7. So, naturally, their color would be a sickly green. I wanted to try something different, so I made her hair a little spikey but poofy looking, and I knew I wanted to give her a pony tail. I thought "Scarves and sweaters are cute" so I gave her a scarf and sweater. Here's the original concept doodle I did.

Thanks for sharing the backstory.  Wanting to have distinctive colors so that the viewer would know them by reminds me of how Adorkable Twilight & Friends was created.  I like that kind of style and I like your backstory to this.

Really good work here.   I think you did a nice job.  I know you want that extra OOMF, but don't force it.  It will come to you when you least expect it.

I'm not an animator... So take my suggestions with a side of salt.
But I think that all you need to do is to learn how to key-frame animations a little better to give that extra OOMF.

Still, this is so good!^^
