I'm looking at this and I'm smiling in a big way *blushes* I think, especially since this is a first time drawing, you surprised me with how great this turned out!
Her gray fur texture is very nice to me, and I love how you drew her eyebrows and eyelashes being the way they are. Her closed eyes have a lighter shade of gray than her face fur, and that's a smart decision
The blushes are perhaps my favorite part of this drawing. It looks like she feels embarrassed while sneezing ^^ I also think how you did her pre-sneeze mouth looks awesome, and I picture in my mind the sound of hitching breath just by looking at this
The dusty air with the sneeze also looks natural. Dusty air is something that is more easily seen with a sneeze instead of normal air in real life, and you showed this in your drawing. Again, that's a smart drawing detail here
Her nose is...awesome XD I know it's a different kind of nose but honestly you did a really good job with doing the different nose for the first time ^^
One small detail I think that could be improved is something very small. Her eyebrow and eyelash I think should not be overshadowed by her gray outline, but the black should go over/be on top of the outline. Other than that, I love this
