I have a sneezy mindset XD when I see this picture I see potential for a sneeze to happen to this guy pony. The title itself is a funny but cool title too XD

Another sneezing related drawing by the artist Pabbley.  A lot of sneezing/sick related by them.  This goes under pre-sneeze supposedly.  Could be... not?

Also, to reiterate, they draw that stuff for 30 minute challenges. This is clearly not a sneeze, but that's the joke.

I still don't get 30 min challenges.  Is this just one person who makes them or how do they pic and choose whom they follow?

We've explained multiple times.

Several people moderate the blog and throughout the course of the day they come up with the challenges to release every hour or so.

If you keep up with the schedule, you can be like "hey I like this topic, I want to draw for it" and then you submit it. Sometimes they'll have something sick or sneeze related (rarely, mind you.).
Pabbles in particular draws primarily using topics and subjects from the challenges.

It's good for practicing pacing, speed, and time management with drawings, considering you only have 30 minutes to draw and 15 to submit.

That is good, but not the same artist who did the Pinkie Pie stuff.  So we may never know who did that Pink stuff!  Good find!
