Found this on twitter. The sneeze is on the very last panel. Unfortunately I don't read Japanese so I have no idea what's being said. I THINK it's supposed to be based off the season 5 finale with evil Starlight but that's as far as I can get.

From what I can gather from context, Starlight's gathered together a "legion of evil fancy hoity-toity ponies" to get her revenge.  I recognize Suri Polomare (the element of Unfairness) and Miss Harshwinny (the element of Professionalism), but I don't recognize the other two (the elements of...Madam?).  Likely, Starlight plan fails since...none of these characters are actually "evil".  Chances are Twilight said something like "it feels like someone was missing" or something...causing Rarity to sneeze because Twilight was talking about her.
