CoolArtist95, who draws other sneeze art, drew this scene from a well known MLP:FiM episode which has Coco Pommel sneezing and sick in it.  Here we have Coco's pre-sneeze before she explodes a wet sneeze on Rarity.

Artist is really good by the way.

I like how Coco's mouth wiggles a bit and her hair is messy.  The reddened nose is great!  It's all the perfect makings of a good pre-sneeze.  The only thing you know from a good pre-sneeze is that the sneeze itself will be great... if they draw it!

Coco's disheveled look is perfectly done by the artist!  Absolutely great and super work on the pre-sneeze face!  She's going to blow a wet one on poor Rarity!  Or maybe lucky depending on your view.

I love that quivering lip!  Great job!  Rarity doesn't know what she's about to face.  She's unleashed a sneezing giant.

I would love to see this animated in their drawing style.  I really like how they designed Coco Pommel in this picture!  The quivering of her lips and the angle of her ready to sneeze nose!  All wonderful including her messy hair!
