So, now we know that next ATS rework will update not a specific state, but the area around Route 66. The screenshots give the hope that this road will have more user-available parts than now.

Oh this is awesome! We know they are doing this for the ROAD TRIP module coming to the game.  I hope this means there will be entirely new routes to complete the entire Route 66 highway.

I think everyone knows though that they are also working on Arizona and Nevada. This isn't the only project they are working on as a rework team.

This is great!  Happy to see it.

We also let a huge teaser slip by us.  They had a stream a few days ago where they teased a future ATS DLC.  The teaser showed Mount Robson, which is a mountain in British Columbia, Canada.  I knew we mostly all know it, but the rework teams for ATS are working on a lot right now.  Refeshing parts of Washington and Idaho for the future BC DLC is not out of the realm of possibility.

This is great.  Granted I usually just take the most efficient route, it will be nice to see updates to this.  It will make it one less thing they have to work on when they do rework the whole state of Arizona and New Mexico.

I didn't hear or see this.  If so, that's huge news! Canada!  Eh!

That's neat.  Route 66 ends in Illinois, so that means they will probably have this ready before that DLC releases.

Hmmm.  I didn't notice.  I wonder when we did that?

I wish this DLC was coming out before the Fourth of July break for us American's but oh well.  I guess I will have to play it AFTER work. ;D

From comments in SCS Blog we know that there were people who wanted something for the Independence Day ;D.
P.S. I need to highlight this comment, for me, it’s pure gold:

I guess I will have to play it AFTER work. ;D
For me, the new state exploration is usually made at late evening.
Very late evening — I can’t just wait another day ;D.

Lol!

We are getting so much with 1.55 and I agree, it would be nice to be able to play it when we all have a mini-vacation, but that's not how it's going to be.  We will have to make time and fit it into our busy schedules and lives. ;D

Well, I heard a lot of people have taken a small vacation after Oblivion: Remaster release, but of course, the whole RPG game takes much more time than just a part of the map for already existing trucksim.

When the Elder Scrolls game releases or when GTA VI release, I will take time off for those.  But I can make time in my life for ATS and ETS DLC's without taking time off. ;D

I see they were recording something under the rain... so, maybe even the raindrop sound might be changed in the future.
