It's Cherry's Daughter (this is when Cherry's like...50) dreaming about her mom dying.

Look at the cutie mark here and the color of the dialogue, saturated pink, which is usually her color for dialogue.

I had a dream once where I had to choose between trying to cure my dog or let him die. I chose letting him die because I didn't want to put him through more suffering. I woke up crying. Gotta hate those types of dreams. Make you all sad and shit.
