3 months ago I started doing a gift for MysterySneeze, whom I believe is on this forum too. :3 I got held up by IdiotFarm along the way so the whole thing was stuck in limbo. Out of nowhere came inspiration and I decided to finish it. Well, this page, at least.

It was originally gonna be four pages long prior to everything that sorta snowballed into projects, commissions, commissions, projects, etc. xD But I think for now it'll just be "Ongoing-- Pages come when ready or whenever". lol.

Anyways, it's Callie Briggs from the animated cartoon SWATKats... and the basic plotline is that she catches a cold on the worst time to have one-- not work day, nope, but the city is under attack. xD

I love this!  I knew i recognized the character, but couldn't place my finger on it!  She looks lovely, and how you made her clothes wet was a nice touch.  It is a amazingly detailed comic piece.

Do you have a link to a bigger version?

There is a full size, and it is definatelty worth looking at!  If you do finish this, I can't wait to see it!  Love her reddening nose and overall design!  Looks great, Patripony!

The perspectives and angles you do are second to none!  You got this comic formatting down!  You could be a pro.

The coloring as well is lovely as are your fluid lines in drawing, Callie Biggs.  She looks spot on.

I used to watch this show and always sort of liked her. :D  I am so happy you are drawing this.  Even just this, if it is never completed, I am pretty happy. :D

SO AWESOME! :D  I really like how you made just her nose red when she had the urge to sneeze, and that finger under the nostrils is lovely.  Very good job on designing her frame and overall design.  So happy you drew this!  *High fives*

Do you have a link to a bigger version?

In the case of these extranal images pulled in via [img][/img] tags, the forum is actually just scaling the real full image down for display.

It's not the most elegant solution, but you can view the full image by right-clicking the image on the forum and selecting "View Image" (or whatever your browser happens to call it -- viewing the underlying image, or at least copying its location/URL and pasting it into a new tab).

I've noticed, I thought the new image fix thing would just prevent the image from breaking the borders, but it's just making them really small. Is there no way to just make the images not break the borders but not be so dang small?

One frood's border is another frood's mid-screen-ish-area.

I suppose the best solution would be a "max-width=90%" or the like on all inline images.  98% certain I'd have to hack that functionality in.  Put it on the to-do list.

Actually, it should be possible to do that just by adding a CSS rule.  I'll look into it soonish-ish.

I sent you a note on DA explaining why I love what you did. It means a lot to me that you did this =) Only do this when you can. Commissions are more important but seriously, thank you so much for showing this =) Take the time you need to and I don't care how long or how short this becomes. Pages don't matter to me. Just this page alone is amazing to me. Please don't overwork or stress too much about this.

That video...*blushes* hearing her voice makes me even more appreciative of this comic. I can hear her voice in my mind while looking at the page, and hearing the water and rain falling down. :)

...Also...I can't resist. "This is Feral! Bring me chopper back up!" Feral says this a lot throughout this show XD It's too bad the show got cancelled :(

Lets fly a plane into a building!  That is a wonderfully smart idea!  Video made me laugh.

The comic made me chuckle because of how good it was upon release here!  Her buildup has be very interested, the colors are great, and her form is awesome!

Loving these nostalgia drawings we've seen this week.

I love how you drew her.  She looks awesome and a great character!  I would be all for for more drawings of her if you do come back to this, because it looks great.  Thumbs up!

Thank you all for the compliments, hehe. :3 The recent wave of art that's been posted here too by Silverwing and APD inspired me, hehe. :)

In case though you need a full version, here's the dA link itself. http://fav.me/da0ehff :)

I have the backgrounds ready for page 2 but a bit of stress and stuff has come up, so I might put this on hold for the moment. But I'll definitely try and keep the comic going as best I can. ^^

I don't know what happened but relax and take an hour or two to ease the stress. Commissions are more important than this and I hope that you get funds so you can provide for yourself :) don't worry about this until it works for you. Time is yours to use how you need to Ari :)

Whatever you do today, I hope you feel better soon. Good luck :)
