It’s probably the first sneeze art with New Generation character ;D.
Since G5 will have some merchandise called Unicorn Snot (sic!), some artist imagined how it would look in Izzy Moonbow’s nose:

Pretty lo-fi graphic, but I love how she folds her ears back; the tightly closed eyes with super thick eyelashes (compare to almost absent ones on real Izzy’s face) look great too.
I really hope Izzy will have her sneezes in actual G5 media.

Wow, the very first one. Here it is.  It's okay and I like the snot as it's coming out.

Pony snot?  How is that real?  Lol.  Why is that happening?  Did Hasbro approve of that for their new show?
