In the one when she is sneezing, she kind of reminds me of a poverty stricken girl who would ask for money.   Kind of makes me a bit sad.

The one on the end looks like she's wearing surgical scrubs... Maybe there were a few lean years while finishing medical school.  Dr. Fluttershy, D.V.M.!  Small furry animals a specialty. Maybe she does bear chiropractory or delivers a baby moose for November sweeps.

Reading glasses for Twilight... clouds for Rainbow Dash, perhaps?  Spike and Starlight... hm, tough ones. Have to think on it....
