This is drawn by Ribbonfemale on Twitter for this person.  This is a character named Genocide Jack/Jill from some Japanese series.  In the real series, her sneezes changes her attitude and she sneezes a lot.

This comic captures the style of the real character, but is extremely snotty and messy.

That is a wild tongue!  Yikes!  I guess I shouldn't be surprised she didn't turn away to sneeze.  It was just a messy sneeze blast on the poor little fella.

I should also probably comment on the artwork itself.  Certainly a sneeze one would wish they had a tissue for. Otherwise pretty good art.  Her eyes especially are done well as are the reflection lines in her glasses.
