I think it's just how under the image, Twitter always has a section called "MORE TWEETS" which are randomized to fit similar content to what we are looking at.  So it randomized some explicit stuff, which I am currently seeing as well with this link.

But with this link, the one MasterXtreme posted, it cuts the "more tweets" section out and it is only the image itself, with nothing else.


So apparently, the addition of "?s=20" in the url allows Twitter to show more tweets.
