My drawing of Harley Quinn is going to sneeze! (F)

I got this idea after someone showed me the cover of this comic book Harley Quinn and her gang of Harley's.  https://imgur.com/a/JG4axPL

It reminded me so much of the commission that ppl16 was kind enough to do for me .  I wonder how many people have the idea of tying someone up to a chair so they could sneeze torture them .  Of course in my case it was Scooby Doo .

With this in mind I decided to draw Harley as she is getting ready to sneeze in my own over the top way

I remember a long time ago, someone posted that Harley cover out and I remember the consensus what such disappointment from the community when the actual comic didn't have this scene or have her sneeze!  What a sneezy let down!

Oh, I didn't know this drawing was partially inspired by the one you showed in the link.  Don't worry; this doesn't ruin it for me.  I think it's pretty cool!  Especially since I never knew that until you told me.

Hopefully my comic makes up for the lack of sneezing in the comic book, even just a little bit.

OK, this part is kind of hard to explain.  As I mentioned I had ppl16 do a commission for me that was rather close to the Harley Quinn cover.  I really wanted to know why so I contacted the artist who drew it (she wasn't hard to find).  Actually I talked to her assistant Patrick.  I had to tell some little white lies as to why I wanted to know .  We have had as of today 3 emails back and forth.  This is what he wrote in our second email " It is just Amanda making herself laugh and have humor.  All her projects, there is always humor involved, it's all done for fun and to Amanda making Harley sneeze is funny."  In my last email I mentioned how I have her cover as my screensaver at work and she loved that

Thank you Soda, it is interesting that the artist Amanda Conner found Harley Quinn sneezing to be funny.  Honestly I still feel like there is more to this than I'm being told but I feel like I pushed as hard as I could to get an answer.  To start things off I ask how would you describe what was happening to Harley on the cover of the comic book?  In my first email to her I used the term "sneeze torture".  This was met with a rather upset reply were her assistant wrote "This is all humor, there is no malice in her work".  I quickly apologized for my poor choice of words and that "I knew the artist would never choose to create anything malicious.".  It was after my apology that things calmed down and it was explained that the artist just thought it was funny!  This could be true and maybe I'm just hoping that there was more to it.  Quick side note I don't have the comic cover as my screen saver at work.  That was one of the many little white lies I told .  Also in my second email to her I mentioned our community but not b any exact name.  I just mentioned that there is a community of people who enjoy sneezing who are big fans of that cover!  She seamed surprised by this news but also seamed to really enjoy it.  I'm sure that either herself or her assistant Patrick googled this after reading my email and know more about us  .  I'm still trying to decide how much I want to tell all of you about my emails to her.  As mentioned there was some little white lies in them but they were also kind of based in fact.  Fact that would tell people more about myself than I'm ready to share.
