Artist Twitter Page  The character is from the game Fate/Grand Order, which is of Japanese origin.  Her name is Ereshkigal and according to the game, she is the goddess of the netherworld. 

Sadly there is no higher quality version than this.  You can click for slightly larger version.

Ooooh, she has a lovely character design.  I will honestly admit, all these anime characters sort of look the same to me.  I couldn't pick one out from another, but this one is very prettily desired.  I like the flashes of red from her bows and those cool armor pieces on her ankles and leg.

As far as I know, she has some sort of magical disguise and while disguesed she goes by the name of Ishtar. When she sneezes, her disguise fades for a bit and you can see her true form.

She sneezed twice in the anime.

Nice drawing.  :) Really great job with the colors and lighting.  Cute lil' sneeze.  Wish the sneeze was more forceful for these anime girls.

A very pretty character design. I like the sneeze and like Silverwing said, I can see her hair going all over the place when she sneezes. ;D  I like how closes her eyes and grits her teeth.

This whole picture is quite beautifully made.  The artist has a good grasp on structure, lighting, shadows, and beautiful women sneezing. :) What a combo!
