The very same.  Looks like she dropped the pepper, yea. 
The request was "Draw Mia about to sneeze" and I left it up to the artist.  Was surprised he did it TBH.

I don't think I was one of our members. It was just a pony someone found attractive and then requested a story of her and provided images and a story that she was a character in. Maybe it was one of our members, but it was an anonymous one who made the request I believe.

It's very random.  Sometimes artists will say "drawing, give requests" and they'll get  a dozen or so replies and draw a handful.  I was lucky.

One day someone made a thread about Arrhythmia asking "would you?".  It was  likely a troll, trying to get people to rip on what the OP assumed was another 'dark and edgy' OC, however, Mia's rather plump rear won the crowd over and by pure accident she started getting fanart and a pretty good story (sadly it didn't last very long).  If you wanna see the thread it's archived here.  But, to be blunt, it's 4chan so don't be shocked by the general demeanor of the people involved.
