Tickling a feather against the nose is like... that doesn't work like in cartoons.

IN the nose however...

Yep.  There's a world of difference between the skin that forms the exterior, protruding part of the nose, and the proper mucosa of everything within the skull.  "Respiratory epithelium" is the technical term, as opposed to the "squamous epithelium" of the skin.  And /that/ is sensitive a.f.

I've no idea where the feather trope came from.

Blame the natural human instinct to notice the fluffiness or softness of a feather ;) Seriously, even in the 1700s and 1800s humans have been drawn in by feathers in fashion and other stuff with feathers. It was only a matter of time before a trope came to being XD

It probably works for some people...

I would also argue using feather on one's foot probably doesn't cause a lot of people to react because it is too light.

Hey, so we got this PSFForum account on Deviant Art.  They are allowing for a CORE Membership for 6 months for just $15 bucks.  Should we try that?  It is a 50% discount.  I just don't personally think the perks of being a CORE member do much.  You get some extra fancy polls and critique options, but it really isn't a whole lot.  We could try it, as $15 isn't a huge amount... Lets discuss as the offer ends JUNE 16TH.

Kinda hard to get a feather in a nose lol.

Also, I know 3P did those for the Mane6, MasterX. Hence why I said sneezing due to illness, not just sick. But it is a cute series she did.

Core quirks aren't that great honestly.

We don't really even use the DA beyond just posting our art. We hardly interact with the commenters and stuff. And most people that watch don't say anything, so I don't know if polls would. Though it might. But what would we have polls on? What character people want to see sneeze? Who their favorite sneezer is? But we can also do the polls here.

And the Critique function, I feel like a certain someone would abuse that function just to rail on our artists. And then the other critiques would just be "this is good, I like the sneeze face, I like this character! Super awesome! Do more!" That aren't really helpful or really critiques.

If you guys want to try it, it's ultimately your choice. I personally don't think Core quirks are worth it really. ALTHOUGH! Having Core allows you to have a custom box on your page, and I had wanted to use that as a cool box to show off the other artists that aren't part of the PSF DA and have links to them and sample images from them. So that way artists like RainySunshine could get some more traffic. But that's all I see of use from having a Core DA.

I have a serious question.  What is the difference in sneezing due to illness, and sneezing because you are sick?

Deviant Art CORE, don't waste our money doing that.  Seems pointless for pointless functions.

If people want to critique, they can leave a comment... and even then it's hard to get that.

There is no difference lol. I just used different words. Because I didn't want to say sick in the same sentence twice.

We've had a slow period, and perfect for us to start organizing links.

LP, what would be most helpful again.  I know recently someone got all the non-PSF artist stuff added.

True, it's perfect timing.

I think... The best way to organize the PSF stuff is using the DA. Just click all art when in the gallery, and it will show you all the art in chronological order. You'd have to go back a few pages until you get to art that has been added and work forward.

Then, since that takes care of APD, Silver, and uh... I'm forgetting someone.... Well anyway, you can move to RainySunshine's stuff, and if you want to e OCD like me, compare the dates so you get his stuff in chronological order along with the other pieces. Repeat this process with MasterX, he's only done I think 2 pieces, a Fluttershy one and the Ember one so that needs a new category made for her, unless it was already done.

System's will probably be a bit harder, as he only posts here, and on Dropbox (DB). I'd say do his last as he doesn't do characters from the show, and if so very rarely and ponies that aren't often drawn (like Redheart), so it should be simple to get his stuff in order.

(When I get back home I will be seriously looking into getting a new computer, so I'll be back to helping with the Wiki. Sorry I've been so useless lately in that regard.)
