Yeah, very unappealing.  They are good at coloring, but their cartoon style isn't my cup of tea.  They have drawn a lot of sneezes though. 

Here is at least two sneeze pics by Joey Waggoner, but there are more, I'm pretty sure.  All have those suction cup lips.

I was keeping an eye out for updates that included sneezing, seems this is the first one. There weren't any that I noticed before this.

That was an awesome blush and the sneeze itself looked strong but cute :) very interesting idea overall though XD I am not sure why a sneeze turned her into a hulk version of herself.

The pinkie pie comic made me appreciate our own artists here a lot :) there is nothing wrong with that comic's style to me but for some reason I like our artists here much more than that.

It's a meme thing MS. It's some art for muscle fetishists. It's basically, the human catches some form of illness that makes them gain muscle incredibly quickly and easily. So any slight movement makes them gain muscles. Hence why they turn into hulks.
