I love the MLPS.  Now sorry I didn't go back and read a bunch of what has been said here... but just a curious question if anyone has an answer.  What is the backlog like for updating this?  Is there a lot?  Because I have seen many pieces of art that are pony sneeze related that are not listed on the MLPS.  Please educate me on your ways of doing things here so I don't ask possibly silly questions in the future.

Yeah, the backlog is huge. It's like... it's bigger than something that's really big. Like a wall.

It used to be up to date, but then... well it just sort of fell behind and updates haven't been frequent.  Some artists are up to date, authors are probably mostly up to date.  But it really needs to update OUR in house PSF artists.  There has been more attention to outside PSF, and it has neglected the in-house artists.

There is a massive backlog. Mostly because instead of adding new stuff I've had to go back through old art and update links back to the DA. And being able to match which art is which when I have no other back up Derpi link is hard, especially since when moving stuff to the DA some names where changed.

I have been busy and am looking for a day in my schedule that I have off to sit down and finish this off because I'm kinda picky about the MLPS and freak the hell out when someone touches it since I hate having to go back and fix stuff as it backs me up even more.

But once I update everything I'll be done.

But uh, have really no hope in the OC section being done, especially Miggs oc's section. It's impossible. I've gone through other people's blogs and found stuff I didn't even know about. At this point I'm tempted to cut out including the simple sick picture because there's simply too damn much.

Not to tell you how to do things, but I would ignore the past stuff, and just add all the new art people have for now.  I know they (and me) would love to see their new stuff up to date.  Once that is us to date, then we can focus on the old links and stuff.   It is easier to maintain stuff when it is up to date then continue to have a growing and more daunting backlog every day.
