I stumbled upon this drawing made by Perryrat24.  They have a lot of 'furry' and anthropomorphic type art based on a quick glance through their profile, so if that interests you, you might like their work. 

Sadly this horse, named Daniella, does not sneeze.  But this is one tickle-sneezy face.

There might be a part two to this and an upcoming part three.  According to the link, this story continues.  She didn't sneeze from this, and I am not sure what is happening in part two.  But she still might sneeze.  That might be the end goal.
