She's from a movie that you showed me, and honestly I'm surprised at how fun and nice she turned out in your art style here
I honestly do not think the background is bad at all. The reason why: the background shows what she is feeling. The sneeze is distracting her from her performance, building more and more and the background is SHOWING that, just like how when a sneeze in real life really needs to happen, sometimes we ourselves lose focus of what's going on around us and just focus on our noses and trying to either hold it back, or just let it loose. It is very, VERY easy to see which one she's dealing with now. I can't blame her. Sneezing on stage is...*blushes* awesome to me, but I feel for her. She's trying the best she can though.
I've said before I love long hair, and she's got a dang good set of long hair XD. Her design is like a feathery version of Minerva Mink or Hello Nurse. Something I notice about her outfit design is how her dress near her hips has a flowing kind of wavy pattern and I like how you did her tail feathers. Also, that beak. I think you did a very nice job with it!
I think what impresses me the most is how each hand is drawn. You took time drawing details with her, and your effort shows =)
The only thing I am a little confused on is who exactly she is nervous about sneezing in front of. It's not the audience. She's trying to say something else...I am curious what it is and how this sneeze actually will sound. Anyway, seriously though, this is a fun image and I'm happy you did something fun and based on what you wrote in something ^^
