I have to agree.  That isn't to say the artist did a bad job or wasn't creative though.  Some are hits, some are misses.  Still a talent!

Too much for me.  Her expression is good, but her pose is kinda silly.  Just too much cat stuff on her that doesn't make it a top pick by me.  Still lots of skill by the artist.

It's not too bad.    It's kinda cute, but a bit overdone for a costume design too.

Might want to fix your linking a bit there, Raine.  It's pretty messed up.

As for the drawing, it's not my thing necessarily but it's still well done. The markings of her 'fur' are pretty interesting and really detailed.
