This girl must have some allergies or just be rude to the poor kitty she is sneezing on.  Her friend is horrified as her bestie lets out a big sneeze on the cat!  Both are original characters and the art is done by 伍長.

Funny drawing that happens to be drawn very well.  It's weird how pretty much all anime style cartoons look exactly the same.  I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from one character in one show to another.
