An artist named Stray Prey drew a dragon hybrid original character from MLP:FiM.  Her name is Roam Frei and she is sick.  She sneezes in the two part comic and it ends with her having a snot bubble and dripping mucus.  For some strange reason, the image they posted is really dark, so I brightened it up for you all.  Sources below.

Thank you for brightening it.  The sneeze looks and sounds tiny, but wow, it sure had a reaction.  All that snot!  The bubble I wish was closed off by a tiny line or something... because all I see is a creepy boil now. ;D
