This original character is experiencing hay fever.  She sneezes in her mask and instantly soaks it, needing a new one right away. The artist is あかさたな.  They draw a lot of young women wearing masks.  Some include sneezing and seductive situations involving their masks. Source

Do we read it from right to left like manga?  Because you can read it from right to left or left to right and it still makes sense.

She really soaked that mask! Really cute drawing. I am not sure which panel is first, but if you go right to left, she puts on the mask to sneeze, then holds it up to blow her nose in it.

Or the other way she blows her nose in her mask, takes it off, then sneezes away from you, only to put on a different mask and wipe her nose.
