Wow. Wow. Go to sleep early for once and I miss literally 15 pages. How in the hell does that even work. Jesus you guys like to party when the mods are asleep.

Also, is it bad my friends and I would constantly laugh about how we hoped California would sink into the sea?

Pretty much everyone who hates California's politics wants them to fall into the sea.  They move away from their state and ruin every state they move into.

Well, California is important to our economy as a whole... but they do stink up every place they move too.  They drive bad and alter the politics of the places they go.  They are pretty rude and expect everything to be handed to them like in their "Golden State" home.

I've already started digging.  Started on the Oregon/California Coast.  Next year my friends, we will have successfully dug around California, giving Oregon and Nevada a bunch of new coast line property.  Once that last section is dug, we will all together kick California proper, and it will float out to sea.

I really don't think landmasses work that way...

If for some reason it does, we can all sing Kumbaya as they float out into the sea.

We will also save some money not having to build a wall between Cali and Mexico.  If we didn't push California off into the sea, I would have proposed a wall around California, and made them pay for it.

So many of their cities are about to go bankrupt... and sad the American people are going to have to pay for their mismanagement and poor liberal rule of things.

You'd probably require some heavy explosives placed at strategic points in the rock, perhaps along a key fault line...not just shovels.

As a comic book writer, I think about these things perhaps far too much....

Plus California, if separated from the  U.S., would probably fissure and beak apart rather than float.  Bona fide "floating" islands really aren't much more than clumps of vegetation and mud that usually dissolve after a while or eventually bump into and simply adhere to a larger mass

I'll get behind this looney idea of California floating away!

Don't worry Blurr and Soda, you will be safe.  Your climate will change, but you'll be safe somewhere in the Pacific.  Maybe some country will real you in to be annexed.  One of those small Pacific Islands should do.  They would love some more land.
