I'm so used to SA meaning "San Antonio".
I was gonna be like "WHAT?" Cuz it's like....100something miles away from where I live.

But I forgot that it means "South America" :L

Well, I'm in Iquitos now. I suppose you could call it a big city. There are barely any cars! Its all these motorcycle you're bikes,  but they're stockier. We call them motos, even the taxis are motos. It's pretty cool, and also really really humid and hot.

Guys! I got to see and pet a baby sloth! Ahh, it was so cute!
And that was after I got to pet and kiss some baby manatees! Oh my gosh they're so adorable. I have to ask my mom to send the pics to my phone so I can post on imgur, but it was great today.

So... this is real random, but today I spent my most of my day with my friends. They're gonna be going to be leaving soon, around this summer, and it kinda hit me that like.... this was probably the last day of being able to see them. Like, yeah, I'll be able to see them again eventually, and talk with them online and through text messaging and such, but... it just hit me that like... friends will come and go like that.

And I feel like I can say I've made some nice friends here, and I'm just always nervous that one day it'll be over, or that I'm not going to come back because something happened to me or whatever the reason.

I don't really know where to put this, so I'm kinda just putting this here in the chat so yall can see it. It's not really a life update or anything, but it's just a sort of like... realization. And I personally just want to say how grateful I am to have known you guys. You are all very kind people and I'm real happy I got to know some of you a bit closer.
