It was, and I would have loved to go to sleep earlier, cuz sleep. But I was forcing myself awake to keep talking to my friend who needed someone to talk to. Unfortunately I didn't last very long.

The worst part is, school starts again for me in about a week, which means I'll have no choice but start waking up so early again.

You know what the worst part is? That's exactly what I've been trying to do for the past few days. I always failed.

Last night, I didn't even try... but this time, I woke up early. ??? I don't get it.

But anyway, I'll follow your advice and if it happens again, I won't go back to sleep. ;)

It happens. Our brains sometimes just get it.
Want a great app to help you figure out your sleep schedule? Sleepyti.me . Input the time you want to go to sleep, or put the time you want to wake up and it lets you see when is the best time so you don't wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle. But at the end or beginning of one.

If I know I have to change my sleep schedule, I usually try to prep a few days in advance, whether it is waking up earlier or waking up even earlier then earlier.

Honestly though, even though you hate it, I WISH I could wake up as early as you. I love wanting to do more stuff in the day.
