There's a Blue Beard and Black Beard.  There has to to be a White Beard.  He roamed the Caribbean and made home his port in Nassau.

He raided Spanish and Dutch ships.  He had secret contracts with the Brits, but eventually turned on them too and headed towards the Key West.  He left port with his fleet, but was never seen again.  Many assume he perished in a storm, somewhere out by the Bahamas. 


....Others think he ended up New Orleans and started a barber shop. ;)
