Well, his job is demanding in that I suppose he has to use his back a lot. For crouching and picking stuff up, I presume. And all the standing. Remember Blurr, knees not back.

Gotta remember that too when carrying a 50+lb dog that's still under. and that there is complete dead weight. Then there's the overweight ones! Joy!

Lift with your knees.  I know it is tough to lift all that big stuff.

I don't know if this works, but if you have a stuffy nose, let me know.  It is supposed to clear your stuffy nose so you can breathe through your nose normally.

Have good posture standing or sitting, then close your mouth and pinch your nose shut.  Slowly move your head up and down until you need to breath again then let go of your nose and it should work.  If your nose is still stuffed, try again.
