Going out on a limb to say there is no facade.  They probably act the way they act here, just not as humorous, because when communicating through PM, it is probably all is related.  It's their more normal selves, something we all have.

Let D-Dawg answer this.

So lucky us, the admin crew was chosen for a reason, and not haphazardly like we think many of you initially thought was.  We all have different personalities and thinking different.  LP thinks differently then Smiles, and I think differently then her.  It is a check and balance for our site.

Now in real life, I am pretty laid back, but I do have a serious side.  I don't yell, but I get serious, and everyone will know when I am serious.  If a threat or problem arises on the forum, I get serious.  Otherwise I am pretty relaxed.  I will note this, I know nothing of the technology that Yasl does, and I feel clueless, and I don't like being clueless, especially when I have to explain it, or act like I know what I am talking about on it.  I know basics on that.
