I think it could easily get weird.  I mean, there could be people getting frisky at the comments of a fellow friend on the forum.  It doesn't seem... right?

That's the stuff people would need to keep to themselves.  Someone starts posting uncomfortable crap, they get their post nuked and a warning about it.
