Mm. I feel like my sleep is slowly being ruined. I don't know why.... I used to have completely uninterrupted sleep. But today I've woken up thrice in a panic about being late.

No it won't.  I am in a cycle like that right now too.  It's because you probably have too much things going on right now.  But it will eventually go back to normal.  I woke up like four times last night, all stupidly an hour apart from each other.
