Yeah, I did. I always do the limits on my cards.  Thankfully that is the only time I've ever had that happen.  Another time I was in Mexico we watched the car in front of us get held up at gunpoint...

I think he means he lives in Laredo.  Laredo is in Texas, Nuevo Laredo, is in Mexico.
